The Bricoletta Volante’s enhanced features include multi-directional steam and hot water wands, large individual gauges for both brew pressure and steam pressure, and box style wraparound body panel. With one of the the highest wattage in its class (1800W), it offers the quickest boiler recovery time.

Available in tanked (3ltr) and plumbed in versions (on request).

The rugged polished stainless steel frame offers longevity – (we sell many machines, and have found the Bricoletta to have one of the best frames for its class in the business). This is complemented with a chrome-plated, solid brass grouphead. The heat exchanger allows you to brew and steam simultaneously. The Gicar brand brain unit is one of the best brain units available, as it helps regulate the water level in the boiler so that there is enough water kept over the heating element.

Once warmed up, the Bricoletta Volante is capable of producing espresso after espresso. The brew pressure gauge indicates the water pressure as it is pumped through the grouphead . The copper boiler is placed horizontally (for an even heat distribution to cup warmer) and is durable for commercial applications.  Two hole steam tip provides powerful steaming performance for large quantities of milk.

Other features include an automatic shut-off of machine when reservoir is out of water (tanked version) a rechargeable water softener in the water reservoir to minimise limescale buildup and adjustable, stabilising rubber feet to maintain a proper and level position.  Boiler capacity: 1.5 litres. Heat Exchanger Capacity: 0.1 litres. Large, removable drip tray for easy cleaning.
